1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days once payment and print-ready artwork are confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT) may be processed the next working day.

  • During peak periods, processing times may be extended slightly—we’ll keep you updated via email.

2. Free Shipping with FedEx

We ship all orders using FedEx, at no extra cost to you.

Delivery times are estimated and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control (weather, peak demand, etc.).

3. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All regions within the United Kingdom

  • Select international destinations (please contact us for a quote before placing an international order)

Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a FedEx tracking number via email. This allows you to track your order's journey in real-time on the FedEx website.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order:

  • Arrives damaged, or

  • Has not arrived within 3 working days of dispatch

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos (if applicable)

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll investigate and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

6. Local Pickup (if available)

We offer Click & Collect from our premises by prior arrangement. You’ll be notified by email when your order is ready for collection.
